After receiving a referral from your provider, our team will help you find the right CGM system to meet your needs. *Every six months after you start using your CGM, you need to have an in-person or Medicare-approved telehealth visit with your healthcare provider. This visit is important to check how well you are following your CGM regimen and diabetes treatment plan. Missing these regular check-ins could affect your eligibility for continued insurance coverage of your CGM supplies.
